Easy to make, with only 3 ingredients, this healthy skin salad dressing also has a wonderful alkalising effect to give your skin a natural glow. The dressing is ideal for salads, rice and sweet potato dishes. Use it during your 3-day cleanse program from The Healthy Skin Diet or with any salad recipe.
METHOD
Place all ingredients into a jar and shake well. Taste and adjust the flavour if desired (see notes). Use 1-2 teaspoon per person on salads or baked sweet potato recipes.
Variations
Add freshly minced garlic and a pinch of curry powder to add extra antioxidants to your dressing.
